On behalf of the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and all those with a vested interest in the activity occurring this week, I would like to thank you and your staff for the mammoth effort to manufacture and deliver the target in such a compressed time frame. While you are not privy to the exact nature of the activity, I can say that is holds National importance and has never been exercised or demonstrated to this level before, this includes by our coalition partners.
I understand there were delays and last-minute changes that complicated the build; a lot of the issues are attributed to us not providing adequate information in a timely manner, it was your team that wore the brunt of those changes and worked through the issues to provide an exceptional product.
