AirDeck Fall Arrest System
Giant Inflatables Industrial is the Australian distributor of the Airdeck Fall Arrest System, an innovative, modular inflatable deck system designed to ensure optimal safety for individuals working at heights from two to five meters. An AirDeck fall protection cushions is a safety device designed to prevent personnel from getting injured when falling from a height. It consists of a series of modular interconnected inflatable air cushions designed to break the fall of people working at height safely. It also reduces the distance of the fall and softens the impact of landing
AirDeck fall protection cushions are often used in aerospace, construction and industrial settings where workers risk falling from elevated heights, such as roofs, scaffolding, and elevated loading platforms. They are also used in sports and recreational activities, such as rock climbing or gymnastics, to provide a safe landing surface.
AirDeck is used for:
- Offloading from trucks, rolling stock and other transport platforms
- Servicing aircraft, large machinery, and infrastructure
- Building and construction sites
- Loading docks and platforms
- Working around maintenance holes and below-ground tanks and storage
The Airdeck system is ideal when working up to 3.5 meters off the ground.
When placed in a void, the fall distance is reduced.
The Airdeck system can fill the void blocking any chance of falling workers or equipment.
